Terms of service
The terms that govern access to SocietyNX websites and services.
These terms apply when you access SocietyNX websites or services. A subscribed society or professional partner may also have a separate order form or agreement; where terms conflict, that signed agreement governs the subscribed service.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use the service only for lawful housing society management purposes. Administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions and keeping society records accurate.
Subscriptions and payments
Plans, billing frequency, taxes and included usage are described in the applicable order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing. We will give reasonable notice of material pricing changes.
Customer data
The subscribing society or partner retains ownership of its data. You grant SocietyNX permission to process that data only to operate, secure, support and improve the contracted service. Our privacy policy explains our broader data practices.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service and may perform maintenance, add or improve features, or discontinue outdated functionality. We will communicate material changes that significantly affect subscribed use.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, upload malicious code, misuse personal data, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform or use SocietyNX to violate another person’s rights.
Liability and termination
Each party’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the signed commercial agreement. Access may be suspended for security risks, non-payment or material breach after appropriate notice where feasible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra having jurisdiction unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
